Because we do receive alot of e-mail, you need to make sure that your return e-mail address is correct. Most unanswered questions are due to incorrect e-mail addresses. Sometimes we are able to guess at the correct e-mail address and get it right, but that's not always the case. AOL and PRODIGY users, you are especially prone to having lost mail. These two servers are extremely picky and are the most prone to return mail as "Undeliverable". Please make sure you send us the correct e-mail address with capital letters where applicable.
